Both lovable and frustrating
Warm interactions with staff and an excellent buffet breakfast spread made family moments truly enjoyable. Dining options, including themed dinners, provided a delightful culinary experience worth every bite.
The noise disturbances from younger guests created a less tranquil atmosphere, making relaxation challenging. some difficulties arose with inconsistent room bookings upon arrival, impacting our initial experience.

the room was facing a dull wall. How charming. I expected a view, yet I faced a wall, and the coffee was utterly terrible at breakfast. I expected gourmet delights, but alas. I almost gave a 5-star review but just couldn’t when I learned my friends were treated to complimentary drinks as a priority, but I was ignored.

The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront, perfect for those lazy days lounging by the sea. The themed dinner nights added a unique twist to our meals, making dining an entertaining experience rather than just a necessity.
Upon check-in, we encountered significant delays, waiting until 5:30 PM for a room that should have been ready by 2 PM. There were also major inconsistencies with room bookings – we booked a sea view room, but were given a ground floor pool view instead. The mosquitoes were relentless, especially during breakfast, and there were no precautions like mosquito nets in the rooms. the air conditioning made quite the racket, impacting our ability to get comfortable during the heat of the day. Lastly, the coffee at breakfast was lacking quality. a decent filter coffee option would have gone a long way.

The large, well-maintained pool area was perfect for relaxing, while the kids' club kept our little ones entertained with various activities, giving us a chance to unwind. the themed dinner nights offered a memorable culinary experience that our family thoroughly appreciated. it would have been nice if the bar service during busy hours was a bit quicker.
