Both lovable and frustrating
Warm interactions with staff and an excellent buffet breakfast spread made family moments enjoyable. Dining options, including themed dinners, provided a good culinary experience worth every bite.
The noise disturbances from younger guests created a less tranquil atmosphere. Some difficulties arose with inconsistent room bookings upon arrival, impacting our initial experience.

The room was facing a dull wall. How charming. I expected a view, yet I faced a wall, and the coffee was utterly terrible at breakfast. I expected gourmet delights, but alas. I almost gave a 5-star review but just couldn't when I learned my friends were treated to complimentary drinks as a priority, but I was ignored.

everything was perfect, including affable staff and marvellous location next to the beach. the rooms were comfy and quiet, had smoke detectors for safety. the bathroom was big and it had hair dryers, complimentary toiletries, and towels for my convenience. the property was in the south of the city.

The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront, perfect for those lazy days lounging by the sea. The themed dinner nights added a unique twist to our meals.
Upon check-in, we encountered significant delays, waiting until 5:30 PM for a room that should have been ready by 2 PM. There were also major inconsistencies with room bookings, we booked a sea view room, but were given a ground floor pool view instead. The mosquitoes were relentless, especially during breakfast, and there were no precautions like mosquito nets in the rooms. The air conditioning made quite the racket, impacting our ability to get comfortable during the heat of the day. Lastly, the coffee at breakfast was lacking quality. A decent filter coffee option would have gone a long way.

The themed dinner nights offered a nice culinary experience that our family thoroughly appreciated. It would have been nice if the bar service during busy hours was a bit quicker.
